Camera not working

I am using the Windows 10 system software for the camera (by typing "cam" at the windows system prompt . I have used it many times and so I know it works. But now for some reason when it comes up, there is no apparent record button. Is this something others have experienced? How do I troubleshoot and fix this?

Click on the camera icon on the right side to take a picture or start recording. If you're recording it will change to a square that you click to stop.

I think you PC have not updated you should Check for Updates Ensure that your Windows 10 operating system and the Camera app are up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues. To check for updates, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click on "Check for updates." If updates are available, install them and then restart your computer.
