Hello,

My experience with "Port isolation" (wired) and "Client Device Isolation" (wifi) is on Unifi hardware.  on Unifi hardware isolation is per switch and per AP; in other words, if "Client Device Isolation" is enabled on a wifi network, two clients on two separate APs can still talk to each other.  Similarly, two wired clients on the same VLAN connected to ports with Port Isolation enabled on separate switches can also talk to each other.

Is this the case with all hardware vendors, or does isolation work across hardware on other vendors?

Thank you,

-Roberto.
