wifi slow speeds

Hello, my laptop is a asus r500a about 10 years old. It had a wifi n card original and i installed a wifi 5 card and then a wifi 6 and tried wifi6e

cards and my download fastest i have gotten was almost 200mbs and my internet provider package is 1000gbs. How can I increase my wifi speed faster is it that my laptop is way to old and does not support new wifi cards is it the internal wifi antennas are old and only for wifi n cards thanks for the help

hi all i have is my laptop and my internet bell 1000gbs bell hub 3000

there is no router

do you know a good prices router that might help

boost wifi speed

I would see about getting the 4000. The 3000 is nearly 8 years old.
