Well, there is an attach button enabled when creating a post, if admin doesn't want any attachment, don't enable it, just that simple , no need to angry or act arogant or scare about that, isn't it ? anyway it's text file and when downloaded please go to virustotal.com and scan it, it's free of any malware.

Note: the text is 17.000 ++ lines

about other software u put in there, i would pass it, as i've got not good enough result from virustotal

anyway thanks for your response

Just keep in mind that fault log you posted relates to your PC. Your query topic is on your Huawei modem/router, an external device that's only incidentally related to the networking functionality of your PC. So the odds are that fault log isn't a factor.

Since this problem apparently just occurred, have you at least tried to restart both your modem/router and your PC? A simple reboot often solves a lot of otherwise mystery glitches that pop up.

Is there a reason as to why you do suspect your PC is the source of the problem? Do you have other devices also connected to your router and they are also having problems connecting to the Internet? Again, rebooting your modem/router is the first thing to try, even if your PC is or isn't the only device having online access issues. If after a restart doesn't help and all your devices can't access the Internet, you need to contact your ISP (using a phone) to find out if there's a problem on their end.

Hi, thx for ur response.

Note that the faulty check was performed by the modem , so it is the router's system itself.

Thx

Those are some really information-dense logs. Also, I'm spoiled as my router colour codes everything by category for easier reading.

But a quick glance made me notice this, which was repeated many times:

1970-01-01 00:00:16 [Notice][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: ONU reset by the software
1970-01-01 00:00:16 [Alert][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:500506,AlarmLevel:Alert,Battery cannot be detected
2023-07-24 08:49:19 [Notice][Config-Log] Terminal:WEB(192.168.100.3),Result:Success,Type:Login,Username:admin
2023-07-24 08:51:33 [Notice][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104507,AlarmLevel:Error,Configuration file is being restored
2023-07-24 08:51:34 [Notice][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104508,AlarmLevel:Error,Configuration file successfully restored
1970-01-01 00:00:16 [Notice][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: ONU reset by the software
1970-01-01 00:00:16 [Alert][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:500506,AlarmLevel:Alert,Battery cannot be detected
2023-07-24 08:52:22 [Notice][Config-Log] Terminal:OLT(-),Result:Success,Type:Set,DialSN:,IsHaveAuthed:1
2023-07-24 08:52:34 [Notice][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:303501,AlarmLevel:Error,NMS started to issue XML configurations

I'm no expert at this, but it looks like the optical interface portion of your network gear is being reset. Not sure why.

I see the "Battery cannot be detected". For people with more expertise here, which battery would that be?

A quick search of Huawei's site turned up this:

https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/the-router-hg8245h-restart-evey-day-em-device-em-em-reset-em-em-cause-em-em-onu-em-em-reset-em-unexpectedly-terminal-other/thread/667249717815427072-667213871523442688

See replies in that thread.

Are you using a different power adapter than the one that came from the factory with the unit?

Is your power clean and stable?

BTW, it's your ISP's job to make sure you're connected. Unless you have a very unusual contract, if they provided the modem, they're obligated to help you get reconnected.
