Help with Windows Credential

Trying to setup file sharing between PCs within a home LAN system.   Attempting to access 2nd PC is asking me to sign in with creditials.  However I found the other PC has NO creditials.  So I need to add one.  In doing so I'm presented this screen:

What exactly should I put in that first field ( Internet or Network address) ?  Where could I find my "network address" ?

 

I'm a little confused and dealing with a mix of Windows 10 and 11 PCs and no longer have the old "groups" thing since all the windows 10 PCs now have been updated fully.  For some reason the 2 windows 10 PCs in question don't have any credentials so I am trying to create some.

Welcome to the confusing piecemeal mess that is Windows peer-to-peer networking.

 

I haven't seen this exact version of the dialog box before, but it shouldn't matter.

 

If you trust everyone at your location with the data being shared, you can disable those credentials prompts as seen here:
