I wanted to check with the experts to see if I'm missing something (performance, data safety, capacity, etc.) in the following plan: GPT SSD internal SATA drive with backup* to a Windows 10 Professional software RAID 50**.
I'm not worried about HOW to do it but rather, assuming successfull connectivity unto expected functionality, is there anything missing with my planned configuration in terms of optimum usability for my sole proprietorship small business?
- For cost reasons I am doing software instead of hardware RAID, but given a compelling reason I'd consider changing.
- My PC is not Windows 11 capable so at Windows 10 end of life, I will probably have to rebuild the configuration and so don't want to overbuild for what is essentially a fairly short-term solution.
Thank you for your considerations and feedback!

* Backup is done by weekly full backups as well as daily differential backups via the scheduler in Acronis True Image 2021.
** Storage Spaces used to create two RAID 5s. Storage Spaces subsequently used to combine the two RAID 5s into a RAID 0. Each RAID 5 is composed of four 320 GB SATA internal hard drives. Each RAID 5 is one logical drive. Capacity of each RAID 5 is 960 GB (theoretical max). Capacity of RAID 50 is 960 GB (theoretical max). The drives are connected as fixed (nonremovable) drives through a Sabrent 7-port powered USB 3.0 hub (plugged into one of the rear Dell 7040 PC's USB 3.0 sockets) as follows:
Port 1 -- StarTech USB 2.0 two-slot drive bay; HDD 0 in slot 1, HDD 2 in slot 2.
Port 2 -- StarTech USB 3.0 (yes one is 2.0, one is 3.0) two-slot drive bay; HDD 2 in slot 1, HDD 3 in slot 2.
Port 3 -- HDD 4.
Port 4 -- HDD 5.
Port 5 -- HDD 6.
Port 6 -- HDD 7.
Port 7 -- HDD 8.
Sorry this is verbal instead of pictorial.
