Do you know where the server is getting the time from? Open Command Prompt as Administrator, run this command: w32tm /query /source - this will tell you where it's getting its time from.
If it shows a different server, you have to correct the time on that server then run w32tm /resync /rediscover on your domain controller. If it comes back as free running or local CMOS, follow these steps under Command Prompt as Administrator:
