In March 15, 2023 when i was going to play games when suddenly the Windows XP program crashed. The program malfunctioned and any of commands weren't working, the sound weren't working, the screen is white, any commands won't work, the screen stays even if you closed the laptop, except the beeping lights. Is my laptop needs Support?
