Win 10 Pro, Outlook 2019, connected to Godaddy's Exchange service. When attempting to archive, Outlook does not. It'll setup the archive file on the local PC with the current date and time Outlook is opened, but nothing happens; the size never changes. I know MS has been having 365 issues this week affecting all downstream services, but is this a MS issue or Godaddy? This should really be a no brainer. I've switched on and off individual folder auto archiving, global archiving, nothing helps. Short of trying a completely new profile, I'm at a loss.
