VLC playback

This one is really weird and I think it will need an expert to solve.

I just downloaded an Instagram short video clip to my Download folder.

I then copied it to my preferred folder.

The file plays in my Download folder but will not play in my preferred folder !!!

Here's the error msg. VLC gives on playback:

Any ideas how to fix this?

'Preferred folder' was simply another folder where I file these types of files (outside my download folder).

Windows 10.

You gave me an idea and I fixed the problem!

I took the file and renamed it to a much shorter name.

Then it played!  

It's strange though because the file played with the same long name in one folder, but not in another!

Go figure.
