In Kruger&Matz MOVE 3 KM0425.1 smartphone

Model Number: MOVE3

Processor Information:

Qualcomm MSM8212

Android version:

4.4.2

Kernel version:

3.4.0

android@android#1

Fri Nov 20 03:28:52 CST 2015

Build number: KM_MOVE3_20112015_V2.0

I installed different speedometers

Cyclemeter Cycling Tracker - Abvio Inc

DigiHUD Speedometer

Drag Racer - car performance 0

GPS Speedometer and Odometer

Measurement tools Pro - protractor&speed camera 1.0

Speed View GPS Pro

SpeedBox App SpeedBox Team

Speedometer, Distance Meter - Smart Mobile Tools

SpeedView - GPS Speedometer

Ulysse Speedometer - binarytoys

and when running with a smartphone, it always shows 0 km/h

I turned airplane mode on and off. I have Wifi and Bluetoohh and GPS turned on and it's always 0 km/h.

The Measurement tools Pro - protractor&speed camera 1.0 program does not show the distance when measuring the distance either. In this program there is an option to measure distance and the camera and camcorder in the phone are fully functional.

Your Kruger&Matz MOVE 3 phone is not only quite dated but apparently having a very limited number of sensors to allow you do something like use it as a mobile speedometer:

https://www.gsmchoice.com/en/catalogue/krugermatz/move3/

Your phone may be OK with WiFi and Bluetooth but those are irrelevant when it involves GPS. (GPS signals are from GPS satellites in the sky, and very different from WiFi and Bluetooth signals generated by very local sources. Different types of wireless signals and different wavelengths and frequencies.) Your phone model appears to be lacking the required sensors, like Accelerometer, nor Gyroscope, so it makes no difference which apps you try, there is a hardware limitation that software cannot fix even as a partial workaround.
