Instead of buying another laptop, perhaps, you can tell us about your old laptop.
And perhaps, it can be upgraded so it won't run like a snail.

So you don't have your old laptop that you are currently using ?
I cant remember the model number. I threw the box away a long time ago. But the brand is ASUS. Does that help?

If you dont mind, can you tell me whats the best spec wise out of these computers on newegg. Trying to get the most speed as possible.
It's a bit subjective I think. All those different laptops have different processors, different amount of RAM, different screen sizes, different hard-drive sizes, some have a DVD player, etc. You probably need to narrow it down a bit first.

No like I mean, whats is your opinion in that 400-500 $ range for the best speed with the filters i have already set on newegg within that link in my post. if you click my link i have all the filters set like i want them, do you think you can take a look and choose what would probably give me the best speed. keep in my i don't need extreme amounts of storage. i suppose the more storage the slower it would make the computer to search and keep up? Screen size isn't an issue either, i don't want a huge screen because thats more that has to load when navigating. Just give me your thoughts, im curious... thanks.

That doesn't make any sense, I chose the $500.00 laptop because it has the best speed

I don't see what's so hard to understand about my question. It is again, simply...for $500, which of these computers will give me the best performance...
Obviously I'm sure we all know that you "get what you pay for", So in that sense whats the best I can get for $500....

My personal pick would be the Lenovo Laptop IdeaPad 5 with the Intel Core i5 10th Gen 1035G CPU. That seems to me to be the best CPU of your selection (I only looked at the first page).
You can make your own CPU comparisons using sites like this: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-4600U-vs-Intel-Core-i5-1035G1/m2752vsm895407
Note that GPU and RAM can also play into it.
