No, no, no! That is a very old site! Many, if not all of those uninstallers will fail if you try to run them because the AV apps have changed so much in the meantime.

For example, to remove AVG, you will need to follow the instructions mentioned on this site otherwise you'll be left with many of the scanners AVG installs!

It's a similar story with AVAST. The AVAST uninstaller is called ASWClear.exe and needs to be run in Windows Safe Mode.

I know the OP means well, but do check the date the info was released before posting. That particular site dates from 2009.

Only since it is needed to run after any normal uninstall of IObit programs

Visit this site, or follow the links provided @ >> http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/
Item #17 IObit > Info > Tool (Note: Cleans left-overs after a normal uninstall)

The program will otherwise always leave hidden keys installed -

The link provided in the above post to "Security Software" has a POOR rating by WOT (Web of Trust)....citing "Misleading claims and unethical behavior"....

Sounds/Reads suspiciously like a snake oil advertisement.......and this from the 'end user agreement....We will send mails, informing ‘you’, regarding product updates and related information, in order to keep you at par with product lineaments. As this phase is mandatory, you will not be able to block our mails as spam.'

Stay Clear.

I removed the reply with the link Condobloke referred to as it appeared to be an Indian Spammer.
